PROBLEM: Air cleaner units have been stolen from Kenworth trucks resulting in expensive repairs.
SOLUTION: Install air cleaner locks from Jendyk.
| PARTS LIST:To turn the special nuts: Special Key To secure air cleaned clamps: 2 Bolts with matching 2 nuts and 2 sleeves with 4 spacer units To keep air cleaner bracket attached to truck: 2 Nuts with matching 2 sleeves. To provide resistance when removing nuts: Loctite To Install: Remove one by one, the straps holding the cleaner to it’s brackets. Replace with the bolt furnished, using the best spacer between the "ears" of the strap. Install locknut and sleeve with Loctite (furnished) on threads to proper torque. Repeat above for second strap. Remove one nut from each bracket mounted to cab and replace with proper locknut and sleeve, using Loctite on threads. Tighten to proper torque. Store key in safe, rememberable place. |  |
